query re list of chronic pain. surely there are many other forms of chronic pain. the list looks like that is all there is if you want to “qualify” as someone with chronic pain,

      Hey Joy

the list is not intended to look like that – and there is nothing to ‘qualify’ someone to having chronic pain. the list is incomplete, and there are hundreds of forms of chronic pain – unfortunately my health has been bad this year so i havent been able to update it, or even flesh out information on the forms that are there.
i’ve got a friend working on it at the moment, and more information will be updated once its completed.
Even with the extra information, there will probably be some missing. there are so many conditions where chronic pain is caused by the medication necessary to fight the condition (such as cancer) or caused as a ‘side effect’ of the condition itself… I dont know all of them, so i wont be able to add info – if you have information or can think of some we’ve missed, please email me them on nix@painmonth.co.nz so i can continue to update the page. Same goes to anyone else. please!
      regards
      Nix
